Progressed from Admissions Coordinator to Director of Admissions. Managed admissions for a 102-client census, rebuilt procedures across admissions, clinical, and billing, and hired a developer to customize the facility CRM around those workflows.
Ran the DUI program end to end and wrote its standard operating procedures from scratch after progressing through behavioral-health operations roles.
